These terms and conditions govern the sale of products to you by easysing.co.uk (hereafter “us” or “we”)
Please read the following points carefully as use of the easysing.co.uk website, download of software and purchase of products signify your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions

Shopping with easysing.co.uk
Products can be ordered by completing the online order form. An automatically generated conformation email will be sent to you setting out the details of your order. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order, if we are unable to meet your order, we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible.

Prices & Delivery
Prices displayed on easysing.co.uk are inclusive of VAT. Packaging and postage costs are will be indicated on the checkout basket screen
Despite our best efforts some product may appear incorrectly priced. If a products correct price is higher than our stated price, we will at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatch or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation
Please note dispatch estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by email if any products you order turn out to be unavailable
We can deliver goods to destinations within UK and Ireland only, we regret that we can not ship outside this area.
We aim to deliver goods within 2 to 3 working days using our nominated courier unless the next day service is selected. However, we cannot be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery, nor can we accept responsibility if the goods have been despatched for delivery next day of late delivery by the courier, we can merely issue your goods on that level of service, there are no refunds or compensation should any item not be delivered in the time specified.
If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time which we quote for that item, please contact us by email. We will try and ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible.

Payment
You can pay by any, Visa or MasterCard credit card or by Switch, Maestro, Solo or Visa Delta debit card. To ensure that shopping on-line is secure we use a third party payment system. Your credit/debit details will be encrypted to minimize the possibility of someone being able to read your details as they are sent to us over the Internet.
Please note goods will not be dispatched until payment clears.

Warranty & Returns
All goods are covered by a 6 month return to base warranty, unless otherwise specified.
Cables, connectors and batteries are not covered under any warranty. These are checked prior to despatch.
In the unlikely event of your goods being delivered faulty or damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of the date of delivery in order for us to arrange a replacement or provide a refund, after the period of 7 days we can only repair or exchange the item.
Goods purchased in error can be returned (within 7 days of the date of delivery) for refund, products must be as original condition and unopened (any seals still in place). Carriage charges will be deducted prior to issuing any refund at a rate of 20% of the value of the original transaction. This applies to all such returns without exception. We can only accept return of opened goods if they are faulty.
All returns must not have been used, be undamaged, in the original manufacturer's unmarked packaging and complete with all accessories. Returned goods not complying to this will be rejected and will require collection or payment for re-despatch.
Any goods returned under warranty and tested not faulty will be subject to a handling charge of 15% of the original goods value before return shipping. This applies to all such returns without exception.
You are responsible for your own shipping costs when returning items to us. We will in turn be responsible for the cost of shipping items back to you (in the case of warranty repair or replacements). This applies to all returns without exception.
No returns are accepted without RETURNS AUTHORISATION.
We aim to keep the returns process as simple as possible. For information regarding the returns procedure please contact our returns department via email: support@easysing.co.uk. Items returned without prior authorisation will be rejected regardless of a displayed return address.

Our Responsibility
We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website or resulting from unauthorized access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control.
We will not be responsible for your loss of profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss. Using equipment supplied by our company does not give you the right to claim recourse.
You will be responsible if you use this website in breach of these terms of use and will reimburse us for any loss that you cause to us as a result of your misuse.
We make no promise that our website will be uninterrupted or entirely error free. Because of the nature of the Internet, the shopping online service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control.
All products supplied from our website are fully tested before shipping. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction so the time and effort to individually test each product is an important part of achieving that goal.

All rights in the designs and information on our website are owned by us. They are protected by copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights.
The materials on our website may not be used for any other purpose unless with express written permission from our head office.
We will use the information which you provide and the records of items you buy to constantly monitor and improve our service and for marketing purposes in accordance with our privacy policy.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with the law.
We will not pass on your details to any third parties.
We record usage and protect our images with watermarks, copying in whole or in part of our site or its contents is strictly prohibited.
Any fraudulent transactions will be passed to local authorities and banking institutions. We use third party payment channels who use sophisticated fraud detection systems. We may continue to process your transaction but have the right to direct the transaction through relevant authorities to track and trace fraudulent purchases using stolen ID or Credit cards.

You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any such third-party material or web sites. We do not warrant or endorse and do not assume and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or web sites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third parties. You expressly acknowledge and agree that the downloading of software from easysing.co.uk is at your sole risk. In no event shall we be liable for any incidental, special, indirect or consequential damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption or any other commercial damages or losses, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the software or services, however caused, regardless of the theory of liability and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Ownership and Title
All ownership, title and risk of loss and or damage in product you have purchased shall pass to you at the point and time at which such product leaves our premises

Events beyond our reasonable control
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control.
Some artists lyrics may contain strong language, every effort is made to edit this to make the material more suitable for a family audience however this is not always possible and should be considered parental advisory, we cannot take responsibility for the lyric content.

Waiver
If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.

General
We endeavour to respond to complaints within five working days.
We may change or withdraw any part of our website, or may refuse you access to the website at any time if we consider it necessary.
All errors and omissions are excepted.

Governing law and Jurisdiction
Your relationship with us is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
